First, a little bit about me. I’m a practicing attorney in the Kansas City, Missouri area. I’m licensed to practice in both Kansas and Missouri, hence the name of the blog.
It is my intent to develop a concise blog detailing recent developments in Kansas law, Missouri law, and applicable federal law. These developments may cover a broad range of legal specialties including divorce, family law, tax law, business law, bankruptcy, and civil and criminal trial practice. I’m primarily interested in areas of law that affect citizens in Johnson County, Kansas and Jackson County, Missouri including the cities of Independence, Kansas City, Leawood, Overland Park, Olathe, Mission, and Shawnee. If you have any suggestions for blog topics or areas you would like me to research, please email them to me. I’m espcially interested in comments from other experienced Kansas City attorneys regarding the legal issues facing their clients.
While the purpose of this site is to summarize recent developments in Kansas law, Missouri law, and federal law, I don’t intend for it to be relied upon as legal advice. I am not your attorney, and no attorney-client relationship is formed until we have entered into a written engagement agreement. Click here for more information.
